AdvoFits is run by Fundora IT Solutions. This policy explains, in simple terms, what information we keep and how we look after it.
What we collect
Your account details, such as your name, email address and phone number.
The information you add to AdvoFits: cases, hearings, clients, documents, time entries and invoices.
Basic sign-in details, such as your browser, IP address and login times, to help keep your account secure.
Cookies that keep you signed in and remember your settings.
How we use it
To run AdvoFits for you and to improve it.
To send you messages about your account, such as notifications and invoices.
We do not sell your information to anyone.
How we protect it
Each firm's data is kept separate from other firms.
You decide which team members and clients can see or change what, using roles and permissions.
Passwords are stored in a scrambled (hashed) form, so no one can read them.
Online payments are handled by our payment providers. We do not store your card details.
Your clients' information
The information you enter about your own clients belongs to you. We only use it to provide the service to you.
Your rights
You can ask us to show you, correct or delete your personal information. We handle personal data in line with Sri Lanka's Personal Data Protection Act No. 9 of 2022.
Cases and Hearing Dates – Record each case with its court, parties and next hearing. Every hearing shows on your dashboard and calendar, so no date is missed.
Clients and Documents – Keep client details, case files and documents together, ready when you need them.
Client Portal – Give clients their own login to follow their cases and see their invoices.
Invoices in Rupees – Record time and expenses, send invoices in LKR, and track payments by cash, cheque, bank transfer or online.
Team and Tasks – Add your team, choose what each person can see or change, and give out tasks.
Your Data Stays Private – Each firm's data is kept separate from other firms, and only the people you allow can see it.

Prices are in LKR, paid monthly or yearly. Choose a plan and create an account.
Starter: Rs. 3,000 a month or Rs. 28,800 a year. One-time setup fee of Rs. 10,000. Up to 3 users, 150 cases and 75 clients, with 1 GB of document storage. 7-day free trial. Basic plan for solo practitioners just getting started.
Pro: Rs. 4,000 a month or Rs. 38,400 a year. One-time setup fee of Rs. 10,000. Up to 7 users, 300 cases and 100 clients, with 2 GB of document storage.
Ultimate: Rs. 7,000 a month or Rs. 67,200 a year. Includes 5 GB of document storage.

Can I get my money back?
Yes. If AdvoFits is not right for your firm, you can ask for a full refund within 30 days of paying for a plan.

Every hearing you add appears on your dashboard and calendar, with the court, time and case details, so you can see what is coming up at a glance instead of checking a paper diary.
